Valet Supervisor
$18 to $25 an hour plus tips
- A valid driver's license Be at least 18 years old and able to work in the United States.
- A driving record that meets our standards.
- Meet our criminal background standards.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
- Friendly and personable. Excellent customer service skills required!
- A team player. Must work well with others.
- Must be available nights, weekends and some holidays.
- Must be able to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Must have reliable transportation to work.
- Must report to scheduled workdays/shift on time.
- Inspect each vehicle and document any damage or necessary information pertaining to the vehicle.
- Report any accidents, observed, or suspected violation of company policy, safety hazards, or anything unusual surrounding the vehicle, parking facility, or fellow employees to the Shift Leader or Management.
- Respond to customer questions, complaints, or any other comments in a prompt, respectful, and helpful manner.
- Assist Shift Leader or Management with any additional duties as they become assigned.
- Supervise and manage daily valet parking operations
- Lead, train, and discipline valet attendants as needed
- Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage
- Maintain excellent customer service and client relations
- Ensure safe vehicle handling and compliance with company policies
- Monitor employee performance and conduct evaluations
- Handle customer issues, incidents, and reports
- Communicate with upper management regarding operations and staffing
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
- Minimum 2+ years of valet industry experience
- Proven experience managing staff in a valet or parking environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
- Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Must pass a drug test
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Valet Parking Attendant
$12 to $17 an hour plus tips
- A valid driver's license Be at least 18 years old and able to work in the United States.
- Must have at least 1 year of valet parking experience.
- A driving record that meets our standards.

- Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Customer Service
$17 to $20 an hour plus tips
- Strong Phone Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers over the phone, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PDF, and Google Sheets: Comfortable using these tools to create documents, manage data, and prepare reports. Ability to navigate and edit PDFs as needed for customer documentation.
- Experience with Chat GPT for Customer Interactions: Familiarity with using AI-powered tools like ChatGPT to assist customers, answer frequently asked questions, or provide information quickly and accurately through digital channels.
- Data Processing and Entry: Accurately inputting and maintaining customer information, transaction data, and other relevant details into company systems or spreadsheets.
- Appointment Scheduling and Setting: Organizing and managing customer appointments, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling. Handling changes or cancellations in a professional manner.
- Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Conducting outbound calls to potential customers, introducing services, and generating leads. Ability to overcome objections and maintain a positive attitude during outreach efforts.
- Office Management and Organization: Assisting with day-to-day office tasks, including filing, document organization, and ensuring smooth operation of office activities. Keeping track of office supplies and coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Inventory Management and Tracking: Monitoring inventory levels, keeping track of supplies or equipment, and ordering items when necessary. Ensuring stock is well-organized and easily accessible.
- Invoicing and Payroll Processing: Generating and sending invoices to clients, ensuring payments are tracked and processed. Assisting with payroll processing by maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate timesheet entries.
- Dispatching and Coordination: Managing the logistics of dispatching valet services, coordinating with staff to ensure timely arrivals and departures. Ensuring all customer requests are met efficiently and professionally.
Auto Detailing
$15 to $25 an hour plus commission
- A valid driver's license Be at least 18 years old and able to work in the United States.
- Must have at least 2 years of auto detailing experience.
- Must be able to operate pressure washing and buffer machine.
- A driving record that meets our standards.
- Meet our criminal background standards.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
- A team player. Must work well with others.
- Must be available weekends and some holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
